Order what the site needs today.

Mining, exploration and civil materials and equipment — the consumable lines a crew reorders every month, plus the sector specialists that are hard to get quickly in Perth. Priced, in stock, and dispatched against your purchase order.

INDIGENOUS PROCUREMENT

Buying from us is worth something on your side of the ledger too.

West Coast eProcurement is 100% Aboriginal owned and operated. Every order and every engagement counts toward the Commonwealth and Western Australian participation targets your agency or principal contractor already reports against — across supplies and platform work alike.

Procurement pathwaysCapability statement

Commonwealth

Indigenous Procurement Policy

Portfolios carry annual targets — 1,952 contracts and $770.8m of eligible contract value for 2025–26, being 3% of each.

Western Australia

Aboriginal Procurement Policy

WA agencies work to a rising target for contracts awarded to Aboriginal businesses, applying to procurement over $50,000.

Mandatory set-aside

$80,000 – $200,000, and all remote

Indigenous SMEs must be considered first in that band, and for all procurement delivered in remote Australia, before the open market.

Direct award

Exemption 16 and WA direct engagement

Agencies may contract a registered Aboriginal business directly, without competitive tender, where value for money is demonstrated.

HOW TO READ THESE FIGURES

These volumes reflect delivery through WCEP's supply partnership, not WCEP's own trading history as a company. We state it that way deliberately — buyers verify, and accuracy is part of the offer.

THE OTHER HALF OF WHAT WE DO

Governance that is enforced in the workflow, not written in a policy.

Budget is reserved the moment a request is approved. A supplier rated Suspended cannot be ordered from at all. No invoice posts without a three-way match. These are not reports that tell you afterwards — they are rules the system will not let you break.

CoreIQ ERP

Finance, budget, procurement, inventory, assets and HR — the transactional backbone of the organisation.

7 modules

eIPM

Where an organisation decides what to do, funds it, and proves it was worth doing.

7 modules

PRISM

Unstructured demand becomes governed process — a request arrives, is classified, routed, assessed and tracked to completion.

4 modules

Commercial & Knowledge Hub

Tender, contract, knowledge and CRM — plus the identity, permissions and settings the whole suite runs on.

6 modules

The three shared capabilities — KPI and Risk, Document Management and Executive View — are built once and surfaced inside every solution.

Digital solutionsBook a discovery conversation

BSLM — our own Business Small Language Model — runs on LeadVision hardware inside your own estate. Questions, business data and answers stay on your network. ESA executes as the signed-in user, with their permissions, and every action is audited. Consequential actions raise a confirmation card saying exactly what will happen, and whether it can be undone.
