THE PLATFORM  ·  FOUR SOLUTIONS, TWENTY-FOUR MODULES

One platform, four solutions. Start with the one that hurts.

Finance, portfolio, process and commercial all run on one identity, one permission model and one intelligence layer — so a single question can cross the whole business and come back grounded in your own records. Most organisations start with one solution and add the next once it has paid for itself.

ACROSS THE PLATFORM

COREIQ ERP  ·  THE OPERATIONAL CORE

Seven modules on one governed data model.

Intelligence Finance Management

Ledger, cost centres, period close, full audit trail.

Intelligence Budget Management

Allocation and variance against live commitments, not last month's export.

Integrated eProcurement

Requisition through purchase, joined to budget and inventory in one chain.

Inventory

Stock, movements and reconciliation across locations.

Asset Management

Asset register and lifecycle, aligned to ISO 55001.

Sale Management

The sales side of the operational ledger.

Human Resource Management

People records, with cryptographically signed HR document flows.

Every module writes to the same ledger, so a requisition, a stock movement and an asset record are the same transaction seen from three angles — not three exports that have to be reconciled.

EIPM  ·  CAPITAL PROJECTS, PORTFOLIO AND INVESTMENT

The money is committed at business case. Most systems only start watching at invoice.

iSMS Strategy Management

Objectives and KPIs, with a traceable line from the strategy to the work actually funded to serve it.

iPMO Digital PMO

Programmes, projects, stage gates and deliverables on a native scheduling engine with critical path and levelling.

iCPP Capital Project Portfolio

Capital planning and portfolio-level investment decisions — every project in one portfolio, with cost, schedule and stage in the same view.

iIMS Investment Management

Appraisal across seven investment models — NPV, payback and scenario comparison — with the approved assumptions carried into delivery.

Challenges & Idea Management

Structured innovation: challenges, ideas, scoring, and a governed path from an idea to a funded initiative.

Resource Capacity Planning

Demand against capacity across the portfolio, with levelling that moves work rather than inventing people.

iRMS Research Management

Research requests and their assessment lifecycle, under the same governance as capital work.

eIPM is where an organisation decides what to do, funds it, and proves it was worth doing. Scheduling, seven investment models and capacity planning all resolve against one portfolio, so a change in one shows up in the others immediately.

PRISM  ·  REQUESTS, PROCESS AND OPERATIONS

The work between the systems is where the week actually goes.

Intelligence Request & Process Management

The request lifecycle end to end — classified, routed, assessed and tracked to completion — with configurable process types per business area.

iTA Transformation Assessment

Readiness, evidence, skills, services and process maturity — scored, with prescriptions and simulated uplift, so improvement starts where the return is.

Intelligence Resource Analyzer

Who is doing what, and where the real constraint sits.

Communication Plan Management

Stakeholder communication planned and tracked as part of the work, not beside it — on the same record as the risk register.

A request arrives, is classified, routed, assessed and tracked to completion — with the communication plan and the risk register on the same record. iTA, the transformation assessment engine built for the ATRC engagement, lives here.

COMMERCIAL & KNOWLEDGE HUB  ·  TENDER, CONTRACT, CRM AND KNOWLEDGE

The tender takes eight weeks. The contract has to be administered for eight years.

KnowledgeIQ

The knowledge base built inside the platform — pages that embed live records and KPI tiles, on the same permissions as the rest of the business. No second wiki login.

CRMIQ

Full-funnel sales CRM — pipeline, sequences and forecast — where a won deal becomes a real contract in the platform, with nothing re-keyed.

Tender Management

Sealed two-envelope bidding through a supplier portal, panel scoring with conflict-of-interest checks, and an evaluation trail that can be reconstructed if the award is challenged. Aligned to the UNCITRAL Model Law.

Contract Management

Award, activation, performance, variation, risk and renewal on one record. Activation produces a PAdES-signed PDF with a trusted timestamp — a signed artefact, not a status flag.

Digital Integrated Minutes Tracker

Meeting minutes and the actions arising, tracked to closure rather than retyped into the next agenda.

CareIQ

Client support as an assurance engine: every deployment reports home to one hub, each case arrives tagged with client, module and severity, and SLA times are measured rather than promised.

Tender and contract sit together because they are the same obligation at two ages. A tender run here leaves an evaluation trail a probity adviser can follow; the contract that follows carries its obligations, variations and notice dates forward.

ACROSS EVERY SOLUTION

Three capabilities every module has, built once.

Every module measures itself with automated KPIs calculated from live data, and manages its own risks and issues to ISO 31000. Both roll up into one enterprise view — so you can see the contract risk that threatens a project that threatens a programme.

KPI & Risk

Documents live with the record they belong to — a contract's papers with the contract, a project's with the project — versioned, approved, permissioned and audited, and federated into one estate. No orphan files. SharePoint sync when you want it.

Document Management

The board-level picture, rendered from live records rather than a monthly export, and drillable: enterprise number → solution → module → the record behind it.

Executive view

Not four separate implementations that share a name. Each is one capability the platform gives every module — which is why a contract risk and a project risk land in the same register, with no integration.

ESA  ·  THE INTELLIGENCE LAYER, AND WHERE THE AI ACTUALLY LIVES

The intelligence is not in the AI model. It is in ESA.

ESA — Enterprise Secure Agents

The intelligence layer across all four solutions: 336 business skills over 25 domains, 108 of them reasoning across solution boundaries. It acts as the signed-in user, within that user's own permissions, and says when it could not answer instead of asserting an answer it did not have.

BSLM — the business brain

A model processes language; the brain has to process your business — terminology, roles, policies, thresholds, approval limits and decision rights. That is compiled into the platform itself, not called from outside it.

A2A — governed execution

Goal, plan, approve, execute, audit — in that order, with a person in control at approve. A consequential action raises a confirmation card stating exactly what will happen and whether it can be undone, before anything is written.

One identity, one permission model

One sign-in and one database of record beneath all four solutions. Adding the next solution needs no second login and no second security review.

It runs on your infrastructure

The language model runs on LeadVision-owned hardware inside your own estate. Questions, business data and answers stay on your network — never sent to an external model provider, and no per-token cloud bill.

The model supplies language; ESA supplies the business mind. Take the model away and the catalogue, the permissions, the execution plans, the audit trail and the safety rules all remain — you simply swap in another model.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN USE

A purchase order that cannot be approved into an overspend.

The controls are not a report you read afterwards. They sit in the screen, in front of the person making the decision — and a purchase order cannot be issued to a suspended supplier at all.

Indicative interface, drawn to show the governance behaviour. Figures are illustrative.

MOBILITY

The whole platform, in a pocket — not a cut-down companion app.

Works offline, syncs automatically

Biometric-gated one-time codes

On-device cryptographic signing

Field capture: photos, asset scans

Native iOS and Android. Approve risks, changes, procurement and project actions from the phone with full context and audit trail, sign on device, and take Enterprise Secure Agents with you. Suppliers get their own app for tender submission and addenda.

STANDARDS THIS SOLUTION IS BUILT AGAINST

Built against the frameworks a probity adviser already uses.

ISO 20400

ISO 9001 §8.4

CIPS

UNCITRAL Model Law

FIDIC

IFRS / IAS

COSO

IPSAS 24

ISO 55001

APICS / ASCM

Standards alignment is designed into the platform and self-assessed by LeadVision against the published frameworks. It is not third-party certification, and we say so before a probity adviser has to ask.

See it against your own chart of accounts, not a demo dataset.

We will run a tailored walkthrough with WCEP leading and LeadVision specialists on the call.
