THE EIGHT OFFERINGS
01
AI Readiness & Agentic Roadmap
We assess what your data, your controls and your people can actually carry today, then set out the sequence from assisted work to agents that execute inside your own permission model. The output is a roadmap with the prerequisites named — the integrations, the data quality, the approval rules — so the first agent goes live in a governed workflow rather than a pilot that cannot be extended. Suits an organisation being asked for an AI position by its board or its regulator, with data it cannot send outside the network.

02
Strategy-to-Execution Operating Model
We trace the line from the strategic objective to the project meant to deliver it, and find where it breaks — usually where a funded initiative has no owner, or an owner has no capacity. You get a target operating model, the governance that holds it, and a delivery sequence tied to the funding cycle rather than the calendar year. Suits executives whose strategy document and project portfolio no longer resemble each other.

03
Enterprise Coexistence Advisory
Nothing gets switched off. We map what SAP, Oracle or your existing finance system already does well, identify the gaps being filled by spreadsheets and inboxes, and design the integration so the system of record stays the system of record. You get an integration design, a data-ownership map, and a staged plan that does not require a migration window. Suits anyone who has been quoted a replacement program and wants the option that does not bet the year on a cutover.

04
TransformIQ Adoption & Pilot Launch
A pilot on one real process, with your data, your approval chain and your chart of accounts — not a demo dataset. We agree the success measure before we start, run it inside your infrastructure, and at the end you either have a result worth extending or a clear reason not to. Either answer is worth having early. Suits organisations that need evidence before a capital request, not a proposal.

05
Process & Workflow Intelligence
We measure the process before we touch it — cycle time by step, rework rate, where work waits and who it waits on. Then we automate the steps that carry the delay, and report the change against the baseline we captured. The saving is a measurement you can put in a board paper, not an estimate from the vendor who did the work. Suits operations leaders who know a process is slow but cannot yet say which part of it.

06
Digital PMO & Governance
We stand up the PMO as a working system rather than a reporting overhead: stage gates that need evidence to open, a risk register shared across the portfolio, and delivery status drawn from the work rather than typed in for the monthly pack. Project managers spend less of the month assembling reports, and the report is current on the day it is read. Suits portfolios where the monthly report takes a week to build and is stale by the meeting.

07
Capital & Contract Governance
Two decisions, one discipline. On capital: the investment case, the options considered, and the assumptions carried forward so variance is measured against what was approved. On contract: obligations, variations, claims and notice dates tracked from award to expiry, with the evaluation trail intact if the award is ever questioned. Aligned to FIDIC, ISO 20400 and the UNCITRAL Model Law. Suits capital-intensive organisations — resources, utilities, transport, local and state government — carrying long-lived contracts and a probity obligation.

08
Innovation & Research Enablement
An idea pipeline that goes somewhere. Challenges are posted against a real strategic objective, submissions are scored on published criteria, and the ones that progress inherit a business case and a sponsor rather than a champion's goodwill. For research-active organisations, the research module carries grants, TRL/IRL progress, industry alignment and outcomes on the same governance. Suits organisations with an innovation program that generates ideas faster than it converts them.
